I write to you with a birthday wish a year after you were born into this world as an angel. You are in my thoughts always and I take comfort in having my very own angel, my niece. I wish it didn't have to be this way. I wish I could celebrate your birthday by watching you blow out your first candle, but that wasn't meant to be.
